Reply:I found this blog thru stumbleupon.com. I thought it was intresting because it focused on a paticular machine used for rolling up grape leaves or stuffed cabbage... but it showcased the process , unfortunately u can only buy them in TURKEY.. but there are also many other topics on recipies, techniques and food available here also....
