Why does most blogs require me to leave a e-mail address?
Most blog sites are there to make money. Some of their income is generated by sending out mailing lists to advertisers. Thats why you never give them your primary e mail. create a second mail just for internet purposes.
Reply:It reduced content spam because content spammers use programs which trawl the web trying to post content spam. These programs can't or don't leave email addresses so you are proving you are human.
