Someone told me you earn for your blogs on google?
I have never heard about this. Is it true and if so how is it done?

If by earn, you mean make money, then yes you can do that by putting adsense on your blog.
Thes ads are PPC (pay per click), so if some one clicks on an ad on your blog, you make money.
If you decide to go the adsense route, i would suggest reading up on making your blog SEO so you attract as much natural traffic as you can to your blog in hopes that people will click on the ads.
